There is no support or integration available for monitoring IBM HMC V11 within Instana.

A growing number of customers are migrating to IBM Power Systems with HMC Power 11 and require full monitoring capabilities within Instana as part of our Managed Services Platform (MSP). However, the current lack of support and integration for HMC V11 introduces operational and compliance risks, particularly in terms of visibility into critical components of environment administration and hardware maintenance operations.

This gap may impact SLA compliance, contract execution, and the operational continuity of ongoing and incoming MSP projects, where Instana is expected to provide end-to-end observability. An urgent solution is required to enable proper monitoring support for IBM HMC Power 11 in Instana, in order to support customer migrations and ensure adherence to service standards.
