Show version via labels/annotations for the instana agent operator

Currently when downloading the instana agent operator from github (https://github.com/instana/instana-agent-operator/releases) the version is only contained in the image tag in images.txt


Looking only add the manifests in instana-agent-operator.yaml you can't see which version of the operator those manifests where designed for.

This makes automation of operator updates harder / more error prone.


Please add the version of the operator to the manifests via a label or annotation. At least for the deployment, e.g.:

app.kubernetes.io/name: instana-agent-operator
app.kubernetes.io/version: "2.2.10"
