Pop up notification for maintenance (including emergency maintenance)

Currently, popup notifications are displayed for new releases; however, no such notifications are shown during maintenance periods.
We would like to request the following enhancements:
• Please enable popup notifications not only for releases but also for maintenance activities. Ideally, this should include emergency maintenance as well.
• After maintenance work has been completed, we would like the popup notification to remain visible for several days to indicate that maintenance has taken place.

Due to SaaS maintenance, there are cases where data may be partially missing. At present, this often results in inquiries being raised with the Instana team.
In our customer environment, there are nearly 500 Instana users, with frequent user turnover. As a result, it is unrealistic to expect all users to subscribe to Instana status notifications or to consistently check the status page.
If popup notifications were displayed during maintenance—similar to the notifications shown for new releases—users would immediately become aware that maintenance activities were performed on the SaaS platform. This would help users better understand the situation and would significantly reduce unnecessary inquiries.
