DIsplay "child" items of alerts/issues in UI - show all issues within one application

Hi,

When looking at the summary dashboard of an Apllication Perspective where a smart alert is configured and that alert is actually triggered for a specfic service or endpoint the summary will state a green issues box with NO ISSUES.

For us a capability to show child items of those issues on the application level will enable the respective app owners to see at a glance if any issues exist deeper which may have not an impact yet on the application but are still worthwhile a look.

Ideally one can toggle the view between "only highlevel" and "all issues in the app". The issues status can already be seen in the context guide on the application tab - but only when one clicks on it. The "stack" button itself does not indicate that there are any issue active at the moment.

With that application owners can quickly check on the status of all services and address low level issues much faster without any additional steps to take - that speeds up not only the processes but also the adoption rate of Instana.

    Hi, You need more information?

    What kind of?

    To clarify what we need in the UI:

    1. Open Application Summary dashboard

    2. See overall issues in the upper left corner

    3. See further issues / triggered alerts by services or endpoint directly in the AP page

      1. Icon with number of currently active alerts on the Smart Alerts tab (No, the overview options for Smart Alerts are not cutting it. On the contrary, they are completely misleading)

      2. Additionally field like the issues button labeled "underlying issues" or similar -> a click on the button reveals the open events/issues/smart alerts for services or endpoints

      3. alternatively switch the color of the "STACK" context guide button to the highest criticality displayed underneath "Applications"

    The goal is to NOT have to click button but see with one glance if there are any warnings about any service of this application. Any type of manual filtering or searching is not helping as we have a ton of different applications and the users are usually just looking for a quick info about the state of their respective applicastions.
