MSAD Monitoring without DHCP Server

Customer would like to monitor Microsoft Active Directory technology without DHCP server installation pre-requisite. Customer stated that, even if its possible to install DHCP on Domain Controller, they prefer not to do it, because possible ip conflicts can be occurred between the DHCP service and the Domain Controller, if the DHCP authorizes itself on the domain. And this may lead to an unpredictable outage. Customer also told that, they already have a 3rd party enterprise-level solution for DHCP. And DNS records and changes that are made from this DHCP service may also be affected due to installing DHCP on Domain Controller, because DNS updates are configured on this 3rd party solution.
