Ability to suppress agent status monitoring issue alerts

In the instana portal, agent status monitoring issue alerts are currently triggered when certain packages cannot be fully monitored by the host agent. For instance, there may be a process that can be monitored in terms of utilisation, but full stack tracing is not available. These alerts are initially justified, but organisations should be provided with the option to supress such alerts if they are deemed acceptable, and the additional full stack monitoring option is not required. We are currently seeing a lot of noise in the agent dashboard, making it difficult to observe issues that require priority attention.
