Enable Custom CDC (Change Data Capture) Channel subscription notification on Salesforce Input Connector node.

For one of the project requirements, we need an enhancement to the existing Salesforce Input Connector node to be able to subscribe to Custom CDC (Change Data Capture) Channel subscription notification. This subscription should be allowed when custom channel is created on standard salesforce objects or custom salesforce objects. The CDC custom channel subscription notification messages must be able to capture – a) changed fields b) unchanged fields (that are specifically defined on this custom channel subscription definition) and c) custom fields that are created as an extension to the Standard salesforce object.

This will enable us to connect to Salesforce and subscribe to Salesforce seamlessly and enable us to subscribe to one of the very common type of data format generated from Salesforce.
