Configure idle session timeout beyond 8 hours and preserve URL context

Engineers and SREs routinely keep multiple Instana tabs open simultaneously during incident investigations, feature rollout, and long running analyses. The current 8-hour idle session timeout forces a logout for anyone who isn't actively interacting with the browser overnight.

Compounding the problem, when a session expires and the user re-authenticates, open tabs are redirected to the Instana home page instead of the page each tab was previously displaying. Engineers working on an investigation with tabs open across various sections of the application lose that context instantly and must manually reconstruct it from browser history or bookmarks.

The idea has two parts: (1) allow tenant admins to configure the idle session timeout to match the user session timeout (up to 7 days), and (2) honor a `returnUrl` query parameter consistently on session expiry so each tab restores to its previous page after re-authentication.

    We've heard the same issue from 2 Adidas teams in Spain and in India. Frequent re-authentication and loss of state after re-login, requiring user to start anew loosing time reconstructing.

    The session timeout config is up to the tenant admin. It is configurable in a wide range.

    The return URL being lost on IdP authentication is an issue we are already looking and into and hope to have fixed in r321 or r322
