Mapping dependency/topology between application services and MS SQL DBs when DBs are monitored remotely

We want to map dependencies/topology between application services and Microsoft SQL Server databases where SQL is configured using remote monitoring method (not local agent on DB host). Currently, the application-to-database correlation is not visible/complete, and we need guidance on how Instana can correlate application services with MS SQL DBs under remote monitoring.

Full details are in the Case and is already being worked on.
