Want to be able to rename the DataPower appliance via configuration.yaml

When monitoring DataPower, a hostname of the DataPower appliance.   For example, see the configuration below.  The hostname is datapower.dev.fyre.ibm.com

com.instana.plugin.ibmdatapower:
 enabled: true
 poll_rate: 60 # Default is 60 seconds
instances: # Multiple DataPower instances can be specified
datapower.dev.fyre.ibm.com: # Remote DataPower Host or IP address
port: '5554' # DataPower instance REST management interface port
username: 'admin' # User account to connect to DataPower
password: 'passw0rd # User password to connect to DataPower
cluster: 'DataPower' # The cluster to group multiple DataPower instances (optional)

In the case of the customer, their hosts are running on AWS and the AWS hostnames are like this:  ip-10-80-43-51.  The numbers are the IP address of the machine.   But, the customer does not want to see those names.  They are very obscure.   The customer names their DataPower appliances with meaningful names.   And, they want to see their meaningful name show up in the Instana UI.

The request is to have a separate parameter within the configuration.yaml file that would allow a customer to rename the name that shows up in the Instana UI.
