Add Kinesis Firehose Support to instaawsv2

We have a data ingestion application written in Go, which performs validation and enrichment before sending into a Kinesis Firehose endpoint. Although several other AWS services we use are instrumented automatically using instaawsv2, for Kinesis, we manually instrument an exit span and add a handful of tags to capture information about the stream. It would be convenient if we did not have to add this ourselves, but could still get visibility into Kinesis Firehose operations by providing it an appropriately-decorated AWS client when we first instantiate it.
