User should be able to see the entities explicitly tagged to a instana team

When part of a team, users should be able to use the filter function to search for specific team tag. If an entity/dashboard/AP has been tagged to a team, that team tag should be searchable in the UI to show the entities associated to that team.

This will allow users to quickly search for any entities and dashboards related to their team.

    While there are options for an admin to check team associated items for many entities from the Team detail page, this is not covering everything yet and doesn't necessarily provide a "focused view" for a Team member, who have more than just things associated to them in their team access scope.
    We'll be working with each area team as they are working on carbon compliance to assure the lists can be filtered properly based on a team association tag.

    This should enable both users and admins to get a better idea what belongs to who, identify possible gaps and generally make navigation in the UI easier.
