Ability to turn off the server-timing http response header

Hi,

during a security test within our organisation the "server-timing" http response header was flagged as it was set on public APIs which should not reveal any hint about internally used technology. As this public API (for a bank) will never be part of the EUM / Website Monitoring we want/need to disable the setting of this header.

Currently this is not possible via the current configuration available in the agent.

Ideally we can turn this header ON via a EUM configuration for specific domains/hostnames - this is already available - and have it turned off for all other occasions.

So we need: A toggle for the server-timing http response header which turns it off as a default and a setting in the EUM configuration to enable it explicitely for a certain setup.
