Host: Ability to configure / turn off host metrics

Hi,

During our rollout we found a couple of Linux systems that mount >1400 disks. As each of those creates a couple of metric we ran into the limit:
Monitoring issue: max_metrics_reached

This left us without important metrics like memory usage or CPU utilization, as there seems to be a first come first served principle. Increasing the limit (we are running self-hosted) doesn't solve the issue as there are really a lot of disks mounted.

Ideally we can turn this disk metric off (currently not possible) or configure a maximum, like AIX host monitoring does: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/instana-observability?topic=host-monitoring-aix#disks__title__1 (By default, data is collected for the top 10 disks based on busy percentage (highest to lowest). To collect data for all disks, configure the following setting in the host section of the agent configuration file (*instanaAgentDir*/etc/instana/configuration.yaml))

The later would be the ideal scenario for us.

Without a guaranteed delivery of the basic memory and CPU metrics the standard events are not triggered and therefore this leaves us with inacceptable blind spots in our landscape.
