Generate a monitoring issue when PMI enabled in sensors, but agent can't collect any PMI metrics from WebSphere

Dear Colleagues,

we have a customer who uses Tivoli Monitoring and consider shift to Instana. They use a situation with condition like:

*IF *VALUE Queue.Available_Message *LT 0 *AND *VALUE Queue.Server_Name *NE 'nodeagent'

the situation allows customer to monitor issues with the agent. This way if agent is not able to collect PMI metrics from WebSphere, Tivoli Monitoring returns negative value and customer got notified about issues with Websphere configuration. As soon as it is only related to certain set of metrics, while other metrics work, we can't engage system offline condition. 

Would you please consider implementing a monitoring event like "PMI metrics disabled on WebSphere", so customer can reproduce the situation in Instana.
