Custom dashboards: Add a Status widget (Icons) based on thresholds + Event-Driven Status

Optimize continuous operational monitoring through the implementation of high-impact visual dashboards designed for large-format displays (NOC/SOC), reducing cognitive fatigue and accelerating real-time issue detection and identification.   The brain identifies colors and shapes much faster than text.

This is a common constructive feedback based on what I observe while working with customers and users on a daily basis. 

Event-Driven Status Widget with Severity Roll-up and Contextual Drill-down:
- Ability of the Status Widget to consume information from events. 
- The Status widget should display the icon based on the most severe event that it finds in the filter. 
- You must allow one title or label; in the example 3 widgets were created with an open event filter for the server. 
- Clicking should take you to the events page to display the events related by the filter.
- If there are no events, it should be green.
