Smart alert configuration should support all tags include host tags that are configured in the host agent configuration

Tags are created at several instances and for different requirements. Not all tags are not available during smart alert configuration. Following is an example:

com.instana.plugin.host:
 tags:
 - 'Environment:Prod'
 - 'App:TestServer'
 - 'Type:DB'
 - 'Team:DBTeam'

are treated as host tag strings and are not parsed into separate key and value components by Smart Alert filters. As shown in the Smart Alert configuration, the entire string (Environment:Prod) is recognized as a single tag entry rather than as Environment = Prod.

When applying agent tag filters in Smart Alerts, the tags are not being interpreted as proper key-value pairs. The observed behavior is one of the following: Only the key portion is recognized (Example: Environment:Prod ), with no value available to filter on. The entire string ( Environment:Prod ) is treated as the key, and a separate value field is still presented, resulting in an unusable filter condition.

These tags should be able to use in the Smart Alert configuration, either allow tag value to be 'TRUE/FALSE' or with separation like Environment as Tag and Prod as value.

If there host configuration tag configuration changed to have tag=value approach, that will be useful to have consistent tags without typo or misspelling of words.
