Instana needs to create a sensor agent to observe Spectrum Scale on Linux on Z

The government of Canada has a very large Linux on Z environment and is investing heavily in a hybrid cloud platform inclusive of Instana. We want to make use of this footprint and Instana observability capabilities across our hybrid cloud, without having to acquire additional hardware

    IBM Spectrum Fusion which today provides a container native solution in OCP that allows data management for Kubernetes applications, could be possible leveraged (via its APIS) via a new Instana agent sensor to monitor the underlying storage subsystems inclusive of Spectrum Scale
