Allow users to change the pre-defined severity of a built-in event and allow to change the related metric thresholds

There is a bunch of built-in events, but in some cases users won't agree with the severity level of the events or the selected metric thresholds. Please allow users to change these in built-in events.

Seems like something that should have been possible from day one.
Just add a "reset to default function" also.

Built-in events are highly specialized and cannot be customized as such.
Smart Alerts for Infrastructure is currently in public preview and is accessible for non-restricted users.

This is a pain, the only work around is to recreate all the built in events you need with your own see TS013569352.

Its a shame as the built in events are, in general, very good. Except the thresholds (they are too low).
