License expiration notification should be configurable

Currently, all users accessing Instana will get a notification that the license is about to expire 30 days prior to license end date.

This notification should be configurable, allowing admins to enable and configure it. Configuration of who gets to sees it (ie, possible RBAC)/is notified of it, as well as the duration prior to expiration should be configurable

    Also In alert, It's needed to have an alert if the number of licenses is exceeded.

The license expiration notification is not user friendly

The license expiration pop up causes distraction and a loss of valuable time in addressing this "event". Please modify to be more customer friendly and editable. Perhaps add 30,21,14,7 day notifications and possibly role specific options. Having c...
