Add support for Tomcat Server Datasources using the Oracle UCP Driver

This would provide additional visibility into Tomcat applications that use the Oracle UCP datasource.  Today there is no visibility for datasource usage on Tomcat servers using the UCP driver.  This makes it difficult to correlate pool usage/availability when investigating slower response times.  It is harder to tell that it is a pool sizing issue rather than it being due to a database performance issue.

Any Infrastructure, DBA, Ops, or Developer will benefit from the additional visibility.

A good place to start would be with how the support currently works for Tomcat with the type "javax.sql.DataSource" and driver "oracle.jdbc.OracleDriver"
