Thanks for your comment. In my opinion, the solution should be available in the main release of the probe and not only to customers who have raised a support case. By the time they open a support case, they have already encountered a problem and this is not good for customer satisfaction. Also, it's annoying to always have to install the fix with a new release.

Hello Michael, thank you again for your idea to truncate context field in Netcool SCOM probe. This idea is now a candidate for inclusion in a future release.
