CNEA - Event Viewer - Maintain the subgroups within the main large group

CNEA - In Event Viewer maintain the subgroups within the main large group after the correlating alarms is complete. Current status - it brings in subgroups, but finally it flattens all alarms within the main parent. We need the subgroups intact, so later we can raise info tickets for various teams and keep everyone updated on the outage.
