Resource Filtering for Mediation Packs in Predictive Insights

It's currently only possible to filter on Metrics being pushed into Spark/Cassandra, being able to further filter and exclude resources deemed unimportant will help refine and focus Metrics being consumed by the Analytics engine and therefore generate more meaningful output.
