Unified UI for DASH(Cloud) and ITNM(On-premise)

For Telus customer, we are deploying the NOI on cloud(Redhat Openshift) and ITNM on on-premise VM. Customer is looking for a single place to access all the GUI components (WebGUI, Impact, ITNM) . It is very easy to access the GUI in single place to use it for DASH related activities and ITNM Discovery, Topology and etc. , rather than accessing multiple GUIs. However, this scenario is not supported by IBM. We have confirmed this with PMR(TS011725186) team and SWAT team.

Please would you consider the above approach and if not appropriate, supply some more details for the use case you wish to achieve. Thank you.

Have you considered a hybrid-install approach. See here: https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/noi/1.6.8?topic=installing-hybrid where the single place to access all the GUI components is on-prem and VM-based.
