how to correlate the temporal and seasonality alarms separately

We have lots of alarms with a very high tally count. Various alarms include heartbeat, keepalive etc. Watson should distinguish between the temporal and seasonality grouping. The correlated group should freeze after some time, and shouldn't include an alarm with a very high tally.

Currently without this feature, every time an high tally alarm comes in (we have occurrences in millions for each 2-3 weeks), the correlated group dismantles and tries to add the new tally alarm, which ends up in group always trying to regroup and root cause can't be determined.
