RunBook Automation - SSH Encryption Method - Ed25519

Why is it useful? - This will be useful as it is much more secure than SSH-RSA

Who would benefit from it? - All customers of IBM Runbook Automation would benefit from this as it will increase security when using SSH with the product.

How should it work? - When generating a SSH key for Runbook Automation, the user should be allowed to select the encryption method used.

ssh-rsa is insecure and uses SHA1, in my org it's not supported/allowed on RHEL8+. It would be great to have more secure algorithms available, specifically ones which use a curve.
