When using an Event Viewer in WebGUI, the customer would like to be able to see configurable 'mouse over' or mouse 'hover' text for any column.

With the following :
- The option to be able to add custom text to be displayed on mouse over for any columns.
- The text should be customisable based on the value of the event - e.g. assigning a severity level or impact.
- Alternatively the text to be displayed could be taken from another of the columns.
- This hover option should work on any column and any event and the input information shown while hovering should be any of the fields. It should be customizable.

This would allow the user to assign any text to their events - including previous values for comparison, old locations, importance, etc.
