Setup a NOI / AIOps application self monitoring solution that can be integrate with RBA to try to solve the issue

Why is it useful? 
It is useful because there are not specific monitoring solution for that environment. It needs to setup many custom solutions that could be changed with the new version of tool.

Who would benefit from it ?

All customers that have this environment.

How should be it work ?
Monitor the health of AIOps applications proactively. Specifically to setup an NOI / AIOPS self-monitoring solution that Alert when AIOPs containers and applications, and processes have performance issues, stop/start, loose connectivity, etc,and perhaps to Monitor NOI / AIOps application log files and alert on application problems.

Develop some RunBooks to solve the main issues: restart observer job, recycle any POD if it is not respondig, enlarge storage if needed , etc ..
