WebGUI event viewer selected event export as CSV tool option

The event viewer allows copy+paste of events but these have no separator.
We need a tool to export selected events in the event viewer to a CSV/XLS file for use with a spreadsheet.

This allows users to discuss and share event details easier, for troubleshooting.

The tool should take the events selected in an event viewer and save them to a local file.
The separator should be configurable, in case there is a need to switch from comma separated fields.
