The Key use case of IBM Cloud Pak for Watson AIOps, “AI Manager” is
Proactive Incident Detect & Diagnose by leveraging AI(ML) technology.
Story(Incident) in UI at current version, 3.7.x of AI Manager suggests top 3 Alerts which are related to probable cause but
our customers can not understand the meaning of the Alert in details at the UI.
In the next version, 4.1.x, Anomaly insights section will be added in the details for the better view as attached.
Even if the section is added, the section shows only limited information extracted from the exisiting fields of insights.details so that
SREs must try to analyze the top 3 Alerts again what the problem is in AI Manager.
WatsonX is based on Foundation model(a.k.a Generative AI) so that with WatsonX, AI Manager can acquire the capability to generate recommendation like a man’s handwritten after analyzing the raw data from 3 Alerts in details.
