Provide a means to automate creating NOI Incidents from Events in NOI - to be used for the customer for a consolidated view of thier issue with a easily added URL

Customer coming to NOI Dashboard with lot of events - can be overwhelmed and will not want to use the noise interface - while the consolidated view in the NOI Incident Module is consolidated to thier issue(s).

    Highmark uses Cherwell today for their Service Desk. They would like to take advantage of the Incident UI within Event Mgr. They already have an Impact Policy to create the Incident based on Correlated Parent/Child Events. The Create Incident policy tranforms the Node to the CI in Cherwell. They need a way for Users in Cherwell to get back to the Event Mgt Incident UI for additional troubleshooting.
