IBM Runbook Automation (RBA) - execute runbooks against multiple targets in one API call

Why is it useful? - We have many thousands of servers where script automations are used, we'd like to hit multiple servers in one API call to execute a runbook - right now it's one API call per server (target)

Who would benefit from it? - All customers of RBA would benefit from this as it will increase the in-built functionality, and it would make automation activity more efficient

How should it work? - Perhaps a special kind of variable type called "server", where it can accept a list if you want to execute against multiple
