Allow flash time for EventViewer to be configured

The below properties in the <user>.nova files are applicable to AEL only

ael_user_properties_flash_time:400

ael_user_properties_flash_brightness:0

ael_user_properties_flash_enabled:true

ael_user_properties_notify_flash_icon:true

 

The Event Viewer (EV) uses below property to turn flashing On or Off. This can be set from Event Viewer Preference button.

event_viewer_flashing="false"

 

The flash time in EV is hard coded and it is set to 1 seconds and it can not be changed by updating any property in the nova file. 

 

Please make a change in EV to make it consistent with AEL.
