multi-tenency and multi-chatops channel support for Cloud Pak for AIOps

We have been discussing these topics with the WW AIOps team for some time now. Based on what I've heard, multi-tenancy and multi-ChatOps channel functionalities are part of the product backlog but do not have a specific timeline yet.

As the client intends to expand the use of AIOps to other business units within the same organization, data segregation becomes a crucial feature to accomplish this goal.

Currently, AIOps does not support multi-tenancy and multi-ChatOps channel capabilities, which limits the customer's ability to expand their use cases and could eventually hinder feature OI expansion.

I request that this ticket be raised to prioritize the progression of these features.

    most of our competition has embeded chatops and integrate ChatGPT to enhance those features. it's a big challenage for customers to adopt IBM AiOPs
