As I am the CSM in charge of LG CNS currently,
adding the idea again here for the Clarification.
ChatOps is the key feature of IBM AIOps for our customers with LAD(Log Anomaly Detection) as we know. The vast majority of customers are interested in the TWO and LAD is the core differentiation compared to Instana.
Last year, LG CNS required the multi-channel notification in Slack for its applications operated by different teams respectively.
To clarify this requirement, there must be the UI that our customer can make ChatOps channel per application so that only people or groups are assigned to it. This feature also makes noise reduction significantly by design.
