Custom Tagging(or Labeling) to Incident(Story) Title in Slack is required in order to reduce the burden of Developers

The SREs and Developers as AIOps Customer wish to reduce their burdens to check every alarm notified in Slack channel.

The Incident Title sending to the Slack channel is almost the same so that it is very hard just to see the title in Slack and determine whether to analyze deeply or not later.
(The real issue is that SREs and Developers can not get a feel for the insight from the incident title)

So, if there is a feature which is to add tag(or label) to the incident title in Slack, SREs will add tag on the incidents for Developers to identify what they should see deeply.
(SREs have been making Excel sheet which has the incident list including the result of analyzing from Developers so that SREs can add tag to the incident title in Slack for classification)

Developers are swamping with their work so that they just want to see the AIOps Console in the case of Only tagged incident in Slack by SREs.
