This is an IBM Automation portal for Cloud Management, Technology Cost Management, Network Automation and AIOps products. To view all of your ideas submitted to IBM, create and manage groups of Ideas, or create an idea explicitly set to be either visible by all (public) or visible only to you and IBM (private), use the IBM Unified Ideas Portal (https://ideas.ibm.com).
We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:
Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,
Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.
Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Hi Byungjoo, thank you for submitting this RFE. It is a valid use case and relates to other enahancements we are planning for the alert details tab, including formatting improvements and additional fields. Regarding historical incidents, it is true that developers would benefit from access closed incidents but that relates to a broader scope regarding archiving and longer term alert and incident archiving. We are working on a few approaches here to make that capability available and once in place could extend that functionality to the ChatOps links. I will keep this RFE updated as progress is made and will promote it to an epic in flight once we get to the ChatOps piece.
Added more information as below.
Incident(previously Story) is notified in Slack channel and still remains in the channel.
However, the incidents already closed are not in AIOps console so that Developers can not analyze them in AIOps.
The customer's requirement is that if there are ELK and Instana link within Alert details in the Slack channel, it's easy to analyze the incidents just clicking the links in the Slack.
The Incidents still opened have the alerts in AIOps console and developers can see the ELK link and Instana link in the alert details. Using these link, they can analyze the root cause of incident.
