ASM ITNM Observer should support Node to Node links

Currently ASM ITNM Observer shall bring in port to port level or Interface to Interface level link connectivity  from ITNM Topology to ASM Topology but do miss the Node to Node or Chassis to Chassis level inferred connections. So ASM ITNM Observer should be extended to infer Node to Node level connections and store them in ASM Topology. There are many scenarios and customer use cases related Topology Visualization and Topology based event correlation and probable cause where Node to Node level connections are highly desired. Attempts to trace them via ASM Topology related SWAGGER API calls are not feasible due technical reasons like very long response time of APIs calls and need to traverse whole ASM topology.
