we need feature to select alerts and export them to excel file

When we have several alerts on the same device or location we generate a report/excel file with all the related alerts and attach it to the Remedy Incident.

Right now we have to do it manually.

So we need feature to select alerts and export them to excel file

Hello and thank you for your RFE submission. As of CP4AIOps 4.3 we now have an issue resolution API where you can specifiy a policy to export alerts to a database in a .csv format. Please see documentation link below for more information.
