User role impactOpViewUser should not allow editing and deleting Operator Views

An explicit 'user' role should not allow 'admin' tasks such as editing and deleting components that are relevant to other users. However, this is the case with the Impact role impactOpViewUser. Users with this role are allowed to edit and delete any Operator View.

To make the configuration clearer and less dangerous, a specific role such as impactOpViewReadOnly should be introduced to clearly emphasise a read-only aspect. Alternatively, the existing impactOpViewUser role could be converted to a read-only role with a global flag.

Hello and thank you for your RFE submission. This permission in impactOpViewUser is being evaluated and included in RBAC requirements for CP4AIOps due to be released this year. We will update this RFE with more information as it becomes available.
