Cloud Pak for AIOPs Policy export/import feature doesn't exist

The customer installed Event Manager (NOI 1.6.8) on Openshift (hybrid deployment).  They noticed that it is very difficult to review policies without import/export feature.  Below is their feedback:

"We discussed about an enhancement request of Watson AIOPs Policy export/import features.  It is very hard and the policy review on-line is a time consuming job.  Can IBM provide a feature for customers to export policies for reviewing/approving/rejecting and import the policies back to AIOPs?  Can you please submit an enhancement request on behalf of NYCHHC?"
