Add AI transparency for similar incident application

For (AI) transparency reasons we like to see KPIs about the assignment of tickets to AiOps incidents in terms of quantity/quality. 

E.g. visualize how many tickets have been retrieved for an incident and how "similar" these tickets are (?? quality of the TDF-IF model, like Term Frequency/Inverse Document Frequency/Total of both/..). Today only tickets will show up (or not).

This could include also some overview charts like top 10 of incidents with highest ticket count assignments or top 10 incidents with highest similarity (score) and might be nice out-of-the-box charts/reports for future extensions of the AiOps Insights dashboard.

    Hello and thank you for your RFE submission. We are currently working on more flexible custom reporting and operational performance metric tracking, this will be considered in that scope. We are also planning enhancements and more filters and customizability for the out of the box Insights Dashboard. Keep an eye on our quaterly release updates for enhancements relating to operational metrics and enhancements to the Insights Dashboard. I will update the status of this RFE as more progress is made.
