Add incident creation policies based on a specified number of alerts

Administrators should have the ability to create incident policies that specify conditions on number of alerts associated to an incident. For example, if incident policies are triggered only off of alert severity, a large number of incidents could be created with only 1 alert in each incident. This could create more noise for the end user as opposed to just looking at those individual alerts in the alert viewer. Administrators should be able to specify a policy like "only create an incident if >= 2 alerts are part of the incident"

The current logic processes alerts as they are streamed, handling each alert independently based on its specific attributes. Each alert includes information about its associated groups, but it does not include the number of members in those groups.

Therefore, this functionality is not supported at the moment. However, you can use a tool like Impact to add the member count to the alert. Keep in mind that this count may quickly become outdated, but it can still be used for initial triggering purposes.
