Filter alert viewer on resource groups created in resource management

In CP4AIOps, there is no way to filter the alert viewer in the Alerts page on resource groups created within resource management. Customers would like the ability to provided filtered alert views on just specific applications that certain personas / application owners care about. If a customer spends time and effort building out the resource groups within the CP4AIOps topology capabilities, they should be able to reuse that logic in the alert viewer as well. This filter cannot be created unless the raw alert data is appended with a field that indicates it's coming from a resource that has been associated to a resource group.
