Include Mobile html in NodeSync of WebGUI

The Mobile HTML created through portlets such as Gauges and Event Dashboard are not currently part of NodeSync in HA Environment. These should be part of NodeSync in HA env.

Business Case:

Business wants to monitor the Dashboard and event Viewers from mobile devices. We also have dashboard users from management to executives who analyse trends and review the progress of ongoing outages and service breakdown assessments. Additionally, during major changes/maintenance activities outside of business hours, users including technology leaders, want to check the clearance of alarms from Mobile event Viewers/Dashboard, which is more convenient than using a laptop. As we all know, the world is increasingly shifting towards mobile-based applications for regular BAU activities. This will help us fulfil the business requirement.

Currently, in our Netcool stack, we have 16 Jazz servers, and this will increase to 20 servers in the next two months. Manually syncing is not a viable solution to deploy each and every change on all Jazz servers. Hence, we need this Auto Sync functionality. This SYNC feature is crucial and should have been a default feature/service, considering it a critical problem/gap for end-user visibility.

    Github issue: https://github.ibm.com/katamari/dev-issue-tracking/issues/66791. had been raised.

    The implementation would allow WebGUI mobile page artifacts to synchronized across nodes in HA mode setup, via HA-stores configuration file <WebGUI_HOME>/etc/system/store.lst. And for security safety reasons, only the generated/updated mobile page files (htmls and configurations) under OMNIbusWebGUI.war/mobile/ are allowed. namely:

    • OMNIbusWebGUI.war/mobile/mbl[XXX].html, where [XXX] are numbers 
    • OMNIbusWebGUI.war/mobile/config/*
