Auto Failover for TNC-A components

Currently there is no failover mechanism in any of the components in TNC-A. If any issue happens within any component like impact/probes/objectserver it needs to be handled manually. We are monitoring all these components health manually and taking some proactive action for e.g when there is spike of events in Objectserver, it may go down, so clearing up unwanted alarms to keep objectserver healthy. Similarly for impact when thread count reaches near to 200 or heap size crossed threshold limit, taking some action . These all activities are manual which needs some kind of failover mechanism. At any point of time if any component health is degrading it should failover so that business/operations users won't impact .
