Get LDAP attributes from podified Infrastructure Management

Infrastructure Management (ManageIQ) documentation https://www.manageiq.org/docs/reference/latest/methods_available_for_automation/index.html#user-user includes methods to get users LDAP attributes values. However, methods do not work when using podified version of IM (Cloud Pak for AIOps).

This is a request to fix/implement IM so that LDAP attributes can be retrieved when using podified version.

One of the use cases of this feature is that we would get LDAP attributes to specify organization where user belongs and also to get  additional attributes to be added in the service that is provisioned via IM. Service automation could also use LDAP attributes for service provisioning and, for example, choose location of virtual machines based on LDAP attributes of the user.
