OMNIbus SNMP Probe should support SNMPv3 SHA512 authentication type

Security is important for every customer and they want to use strong encryption modes.

The SNMP probe is based on net-snmp 5.8 which supports SHA-512:
    http://www.net-snmp.org/wiki/index.php/Strong_Authentication_or_Encryption
    Question: Authentication
Does it support anything stronger than SHA1?

    Answer:
Yes. Net-SNMP 5.8 and later support all the authentication protocols defined in [RFC7860|https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7860], which are:
    - SHA-192
    - SHA-256
    - SHA-284
    - SHA-512

Nevertheless the probe doesn't support this authentication type and the following error is logged:
2024-07-30T17:41:22: Debug: D-UNK-000-000: SNMP Message (priority=7): Validating config file '<Path>/mttrapd.conf'.
2024-07-30T17:41:22: Error: E-UNK-000-000: SNMP Message (priority=3): <Path>/mttrapd.conf: line 9: Error: Unknown authentication protocol SHA512 specified. The supported authentication protocols are MD5, SHA and SHA256.
2024-07-30T17:41:22: Error: E-UNK-000-000: SNMP Message (priority=3): usm_parse_validate_usmUser: Error: Unknown authentication protocol SHA512 specified. The supported authentication protocols are MD5, SHA and SHA256.

SHA512 should be added as valid type to be used.
