Provide a option to select datatype when creating a View in CP4AIOps Alerts page

When a view is created on the CP4AIOps Alerts page, all fields under the Details/Resource sections are treated as strings by default. However, these sections can contain custom fields that are not strings, such as datetime fields. As a result, custom datetime (UTC) fields are displayed as strings, causing confusion for users when viewing alerts. The FirstOccurrence is shown in the local timezone, while custom datetime fields in the Details/Resource sections are displayed in epoch format. This issue was raised by a major Telco in the APAC region, as both FirstOccurrence and custom datetime fields are stored in UTC in the Object Server but appear differently on the CP4AIOps Alerts page.

As all the fields are considered as string customer has requested if we can have an option to select the datatype of fields when creating views from CP4AIOps alerts page.

We had raised a PMR for same and the Tech support has requested to raise a PMR as this is currently not supported. PMR# for reference TS017148856.
